Our Mission

The Office of Disability Services at Saint Peter’s University is committed to fostering an inclusive
and accessible learning environment where all students can thrive. Guided by the Jesuit value
of cura personalis, we partner with students, faculty, and staff to remove barriers, promote
equity, and empower students with disabilities to achieve their academic, personal, and
professional goals. Through advocacy, education, and individualized support, we affirm the
dignity of every student and contribute to a campus community rooted in justice, compassion,
and respect.

Who We Are

The Office of Disability Services at Saint Peter’s University is committed to fostering an inclusive

What We Do

We partner with students, faculty, and staff to provide a range of services and accommodations
that promote academic success and personal growth. Our office:

  • Reviews and approves academic, housing, and exam accommodations
  • Offers assistive technology tools and training
  • Provides guidance to help students understand their rights and develop self-advocacy
    skills
  • Supports faculty in implementing accommodations effectively and equitably

We serve Saint Peter’s University students with documented disabilities, including but not
