Facilities

Special facilities in our department include a growing in-house library of literature on political theory, comparative politics, international relations, American politics, law and legal history and other sub-fields within the discipline. Moreover, our political science house located at 813 Montgomery Street serves not only as an academic home for our students, the department conference room is often used as classroom for upper-division courses, taught in an open pro-seminar style. Additionally, our department facilities allow us to host film evenings and viewings of election year debates. We are currently developing a student resource study center on the second floor which includes additional library materials, a television and DVD player for a growing library of video material on political topics.
