Internship Opportunities available during COVID-19

Although many of the metropolitan area’s cultural institutions have been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some museums, government offices, and non-profit organizations are still looking for student interns. Check out our list of Internships for Undergraduates 2020-2021 for a list of places still offering internships for the spring and summer of 2021. Some institutions are offering virtual internships and others are still looking for helpers to come in-person. Links to the institutions’ internship descriptions and their deadlines are provided.

Despite the growing uncertainty of the economy and the situation in higher education, the Saint Peter’s University History Department is still dedicated to helping our students find internships, graduate programs, and entry-level careers to help them succeed after graduation. We will be sure to update our students whenever we hear of internship opportunities (both paid and volunteer) accepting students throughout the pandemic. And, as always, students are welcome to contact the department or speak to their History professors in order to find guidance during these unprecedented times.
