Web Services provides a variety of web-based solutions to those on campus responsible for maintaining official Saint Peter’s University websites, the website plays a critical role in our recruitment in efforts.

Support Availability

Each Saint Peter’s University department should have a single individual designated to coordinate communication between Web Strategies and the department.

Web Strategies will provide general support during regular business hours via phone, email and google chat. In the event of a disaster, Web Strategies will work outside of business hours as necessary to regain baseline operations. Web Strategies will notify each department’s designated coordinator of planned downtimes via email, and work to minimize the impact of any planned downtime.


Web Strategies will prioritize projects weighing the request date, scope and the following order of importance:

  • Disaster recovery, and
  • One-off support requests (such as quick email questions)
  • Infrastructure management and maintenance
  • Fixing of known bugs in existing applications
  • Custom design/development projects with no other viable alternative solution
  • Custom design/development projects with a viable alternative solution

Project timelines may change based on overall workload and department business needs.

Guidelines for submitting requests

Saint Peter’s University Community members may submit requests as follows, providing the following information:

Users can expect a response to requests made within 24 hours. Normal content changes can expected to be completed within 24-48 hours.
Work requests will begin when all approved content has been received.
More complex changes that involve advanced coding, navigational changes and customizations can be expected to take longer.

Departments are responsible for enforcing their own internal policies and guidelines. Web Strategies reserves the right to enforce University policies and guidelines.
