College ballot proposal discussed
A proposal with bipartisan support on the Nov. 6 ballot to raise $750 million to undertake construction projects at New Jersey colleges and universities took center stage Friday at the Second Annual Hudson County Chamber of Commerce Legislative Leadership Roundtable.
