Global Dialogue Series: UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Mary Maker

On Monday, October 27, the Center for Holocaust Studies and the Guarini Institute will host a talk with UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Mary Maker, a South Sudanese refugee, educator, and activist for refugee education and co-founder of Elimisha Kakuma. Elimisha Kakuma is a grassroots organization that provides access to higher education for high school graduates in the Kakuma Refugee Camp.
