Academic Standing

Mission Statement

The mission of Academic Standing is to aid students on Academic Probation. Through the guidance of CASE and the director of Student Academic Support Services, students on Academic Probation are academically advised, made aware of academic and non-academic support services and mentoring throughout their time on academic probation. The goal is for the student to achieve Good Academic standing at Saint Peter’s University.

Academic Standing Student Guide

All students on Academic Probation must click on the link and follow the steps to join the Academic Standing Peacock Connect Portal

  • Click on down arrow
  • Click on Login
  • Click on organizations
  • Select academic standing
    • After Joining fill out all forms
    • Check Peacock Connect frequently by simply logging into Peacock Connect and selecting Academic Standing
    • Check Academic Standing Peacock Connect Portal because:
      • New mandator forms to fill out
      • Events
      • Important Dates

What to do while on Academic Probation

  1. Register with Academic Standing through Peacock Connect
  2. Complete Academic Probation Self-Assessment form in Peacock Connect
  3. Complete all forms in Peacock Connect throughout the academic year
  4. Check Peacock Connect frequently to complete new forms, see events and important dates
  5. Attend workshops see Peacock connect for dates and times
  6. Get tutoring
    1. STEM
    2. Learning Support
  7. Review midterm grades with academic advisor or CASE
  8. Meet with academic advisor before registration

Students that were Suspended yet granted an appeal

  • Follow all the steps for What to do while on Academic Probation
  • Meet with the Director of Student Academic Support Services located in CASE
