Whats on Your Mind GraphicBehavioral health – which includes mental health, substance use, and more – is a key part of our overall well-being. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about could benefit from connecting with a behavioral health professional. That is why CAPS has partnered with MindWise Innovations to offer SPU students online tools to identify possible signs of mental health and substance use conditions and get connected to help. Think of these as a checkup from your neck up.

Anonymous, Confidential and FREE. MindWise’s screenings cover everything from feelings of depression and anxiety to well-being and resilience; for those unsure where to start, a wide-range screen is available to guide you in the right direction. Although these screens are informational and not diagnostic, they provide a convenient opportunity to evaluate if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional for a more thorough assessment.

MindWise: Mental Health Screening for Colleges provides 14 clinically-validated mental health screenings on common challenges experienced by college students. Each screening takes only a few minutes to complete and all provide individualized information, and resources to connect you with care if indicated.
