Saint Peter’s Professor and Students Meet John Kerry at Private Reception

After his speech, four Saint Peter’s students and Philip Mark Plotch, Ph.D., AICP, associate professor in the Department of Political Science, talked to Secretary Kerry about the 2020 U.S. presidential campaign at a private reception.
