Fitness Classes

Free fitness classes are offered throughout the academic year at the Recreational Life Center. Classes are open to all students and university employees.  All fitness and spin classes are held in the studios located on the first floor of the RLC.  Space in all of our classes is available on a first come, first serve basis so get to class on time to ensure that you have a spot!

Monday Spin Cycling 5:30-6:30 p.m. Instructor: Madeline
Cardio Kickboxing 5:30-6:30 p.m. Instructor: Richard
Tuesday Spin Cycling 3:30-4:30 p.m. Instructor: Candice
Zumba 5:30-6:30 p.m. Instructor: Aigner
Wednesday Yoga 5:15-6:15 p.m. Instructor: Rachel
Body Goals Fitness 6:30-7:30 p.m. Instructor: Damier
Thursday Spin Cycling 3:30-4:30 p.m. Instructor: Candice
Core Blast 5:30-6:30 p.m. Instructor: Aigner
Friday Fitness Boot Camp 5:30-6:30 p.m. Instructor: Richard
Saturday Spin Cycling 12:30-1:30 p.m. Instructor: Madeline

Additional classes may be added later in the semester or times modified based on instructor availability.
