The Aquatics Program at the Recreational Life Center offers the Saint Peter’s University community the opportunity to enjoy the lifetime sport of swimming and related activities.
Under the direction of Aquatics Coordinator Erin Coyne, the program promotes activities for people of all ages. Popular programming includes swimming and diving lessons (offered in a full variety of languages, ranging from English to Spanish to Bulgarian), certification courses including lifeguard, First Aid/CPR, and Certified Pool Operator, and interesting activities such as SCUBA and kayak water polo.
The Eugene and Teresa Imperatore Swimming and Diving Center at the Recreational Life Center is a 25 yard, 8 lane competition pool with 1 meter and 3 meter diving boards. The Aquatics Office is located off the deck of the pool, behind the diving boards.
