Monday, April 23

In Celebration of Earth Day – “America’s Grow-a-Row”
Noon in Pope Lecture Hall

Followed by a make-and-take Earth Day planting

Tuesday, April 24

Streaming of Home, a public domain film by Europa Corp.

Tours of Green Energy Command Center at south end of Pavonia Room, Dinneen Hall

My Beautiful Nicaragua, a film by BYkids, – viewing with discussion led by Dr. Alex Trillo, associate professor of sociology and urban studies and director of Latin American & Latino studies

Business Perspectives on Sustainability

Saturday, April 28

Keep Jersey City Beautiful
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
City-sponsored volunteer event. Nearby locations are: Ward B – Lincoln Park & Ward C- Journal Square Plaza. From 10:00 – 11:30 a.m.: Free seedlings available at same location for Sugar Maple and Black Oak trees. More information at volunteer.jerseycitynj.gov.
