Microsoft Academic Initiative
The Data Science Institute is experiencing exponential growth, which has allowed us to roll out new initiatives for our students that will streamline and enhance your learning experience. You’ll not only receive a top of the line education in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing Science or Cyber Security, but also the necessary skill sets in order to achieve success.
In order to better prepare you for the evolving Data industry, this Fall 2022, we’re kicking off our Microsoft Academic Initiative– meant to standardize the technical aspect of studies at the Data Science Institute. All of our new, incoming students will be equipped with a Microsoft Surface Laptop Go with all pre-installed applications needed to complete your coursework with ease.
The Institute brings industry leaders, academics and researchers together to create a unique program tailored to the career needs of professionals and students. Industry partners, including IBM, American Express, Red Hat, Oracle, Pfizer, UPS, Verisk Analytics, serve on the advisory board to address the need for advanced analytics talent in industry. In addition to the Masters program, we offer customized certificate and training courses in the field of analytics. One semester preparatory courses are designed for graduate students and tailored for international studies.
The Data Science Institute at Saint Peter’s University is located within the NYC/NJ metropolitan area, a global hub for finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and technology innovation.
Blockchain Technology Summer Course
The Blockchain Technology 6-credit course is designed for working information technology/business professionals or individuals that have an undergraduate degree in computer science, business, engineering or math that are looking to acquire knowledge and expertise in blockchain technology.
