Saint Peter’s University Professors Present on AI at the 2026 IOCES2026

During the summer, Dr. Michael Finetti, Dr. Nicole Luongo, and Dr. Joshua Williams shared their ongoing research about artificial intelligence (AI) at the 2026 International Online Conference on Education Sciences (IOCES2026). Their presentation, “Enhancing Productivity and Efficiency in Higher Education: A Study on the Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications by Instructors,” explored how AI is changing the landscape of higher education. In this presentation, the research team shared findings from their Fall 2025 faculty study. The session offered a look at the data, real-world examples of AI in practice, and a chance for attendees to see how this research applies to their own experiences. By the end of the session, participants left with a better understanding of current AI trends in higher education, insight into the benefits and concerns involved, and a practical, personalized plan for bringing AI into their own practice.
