The new cohort has already demonstrated its enthusiasm and commitment to student engagement by successfully hosting its first community event on October 7, 2026, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.
The event featured an interactive Hispanic Heritage Month trivia competition that attracted a full house of passionate students. Participants enjoyed testing their knowledge, learning about Hispanic history, culture and traditions, and celebrating the rich diversity of the University community.
