he Office of Faculty Research and Development regularly offers workshops to advance best practices in pedagogy and scholarly activity. Past topics have included Effective Grading and Assessment, Advising Students, Infusing Mission and Identity into the Curriculum, Outcomes Assessment, Instructional Technology, Applying for Federal and Private Grants, Supporting Students, Creating Open Educational Resources, Applying for Renewal, Promotion, and Tenure, Active Learning, and Finding Your Fulbright.
