Indulge in Gourmet Dining

Plan with an experienced, professional, on-site catering staff. Choose a catering menu. If you get very hungry perusing the mouth-watering menu items try to hang in there to read the Station Enhancements menu.  It’s worth it!

Impress with Technology

The Duncan Family Sky Room is on the top floor of the Mac Mahon Student Center, a Silver LEED-certified eco-friendly powerhouse erected in 2013.  Technology has been intricately woven into this building ever since it was conceptualized.  Upon entering the Sky Room you will notice the cascading ceiling.  This gorgeous feature which leads your eye to the skyline packs a professional surround sound system that provides the clarity, power, and control you want whether you are giving a toast or shaking it on the dance floor. Spaces can be customized with uplighting, staging, smart podium with stage lighting, digital display screens, and more. You will have the pleasure of working with dedicated audio/visual specialists on your event team.

Rooms and Floorplans

By design the Sky Room boasts a beautifully clean and modern palette. In its entirety it can accommodate 200-300 for dinner depending on the serving style.  When the occasion calls for it, the Sky Room can be divided into three distinct rooms: the Main Room, the North Room, and the West Room.  This flexibility can allow for more intimate events, or spaces dedicated for special purposes (ex. a dessert room or a staging area.)

Another popular venue for special events is the McIntyre Conference Center.  Located within the recently renovated Dinneen Hall (home of the School of Business and School of Education,) the McIntyre Conference Center can accommodate up to 280 for dinner.
