At Saint Peter’s University, we utilize the Blackboard Ultra Learning Management System (LMS).
If you are experiencing technical difficulties, or have any Blackboard questions that aren’t covered in the resource guide, reach out to our IT Client Service team at servicedesk@saintpeters.edu (make sure to let them know which course you are having issues in, where the issue occurs, and send a screenshot if possible).
Student Access
As a Saint Peter’s University online student, you can access all university student resources through virtual or on-ground interactions.
- Academic Life and Student Support Services: The university offers a diverse suite of support services to foster the holistic development of each student. Students may access these services at any point in their academic journey, and faculty may also refer students to these services.
- Center for Academic and Student Engagement (CASE): The Center for Academic Success and Engagement (CASE) at Saint Peter’s University provides students with the academic advising, programming, tools and resources needed to successfully manage the college experience and achieve their academic goals. In collaboration with each academic program, CASE assists students with the transition to college-level work and supports their academic endeavors throughout their entire college career.

- Tutoring Services:
- Tutor.com: Saint Peter’s University offers FREE on-demand, online tutoring through Tutor.com accessible via Blackboard. Click here for a short video with more information on how Tutor.com works.
- Writing Studio: The Writing Studio offers in-person and remote writing tutoring to undergraduate and graduate students and course-based tutoring (e.g., graduate-level marketing, business, and data science
courses) to graduate students. Tutoring is offered Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm both in-person and virtually. Students can make their own appointments on the Navigate App or by emailing writingstudio@saintpeters.edu. - STEM Engagement and Empowerment Center: The STEM Engagement and Empowerment Center provides academic support services for all students enrolled in a STEM course regardless of intended major. Peer tutoring and learning assistance is offered Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm in-person. Students can make their own appointments on the Navigate App or by emailing stemcenter@saintpeters.edu.
- O’Toole Library Chromebook Loaner Program: The university’s library maintains a Chromebook loaner program.
- Center for Career Engagement and Experiential Learning (CEEL): The Center for Career Engagement and Experiential Learning (CEEL) provides professional guidance and resources for lifelong career development. Learn more about workshops and individual appointments for career exploration.
