Think of it as Mission Control. At Enrollment Services we help you with registration, financial aid, records and student accounts in a one-stop shopping environment. We’re here to serve you!
The goal of Enrollment Services is to provide high quality services related to registration, financial aid, records, and student accounts in a one-stop environment to prospective students, current students, alumni, staff, faculty, and the general public. We are committed to providing exceptional service while exhibiting accuracy and efficiency in our work, valuing diversity and creativity, and maintaining integrity, professionalism, and respect.
The Enrollment Services Center is where students complete all transactions regarding records and registration, account payments and financial aid.
Students go to the ESC for services related to course schedule, grades, transcripts, enrollment/degree verification, loan deferment certification, change of personal information, health insurance waivers, pass/fail option declaration, and graduation application, as well as financial aid information regarding FAFSA, student loans, scholarships, and the federal work-study program.
Paying of tuition, fees, and other charges, as well as adding flex dollars and munch money to the OneCard, are processed at the ESC.

* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Monday, October 8, 2012 – Columbus Day.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 1:00 pm and will reopen on Monday November 26, 2012.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 1:00 pm and will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2013.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Monday, January 21, 2013 – Observance of Martin Luther King’s Birthday.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Monday, February 18, 2013 – President’s Day.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Thursday, March 28, at 12 pm – Holy Thursday
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Friday, March 29, Good Friday & Monday, April 25, 2013 Easter Monday.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Monday, May 27, 2013 – Memorial Day.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Fridays as of June 7, 2013 and will resume normal hours on August 5th, 2013.
* Enrollment Services Center is closed on Thursday, July 4, 2013 – Independence Day.
