When you blend an endless choice of clubs
with a 12-minute train ride to New York City you know there is always something to do at Saint Peter’s University. The truth is a lot of learning takes place outside the classroom. The majority of our students engage with faculty members in community-based educational projects. With students from more than 65 countries, Saint Peter’s offers a wide choice of activities such as student government, newspaper, radio station, music, theater, Division I athletics and honor societies that deal with the political, social and economic issues of the day. And that’s before you hit the Big Apple.
There are also career counseling, spiritual growth, and other personal development services. And you can always work up a sweat with our incredibly popular intramural program at the sprawling Victor R. Yanitelli Recreational Life Center. Plus our Community and Service Learning programs connect you with meaningful and fulfilling ways to serve others in our community as well as through global initiatives such as the Global Outreach Ecuador Program.
Our students tell us the friends they make here make all the difference.
