Each year Saint Peter’s University recognizes the academic achievements of undergraduate students at the Michaelmas Convocation. The honorees at Michaelmas include students who have been awarded Excellence Medals for the previous academic year, seniors whose academic rank in class qualifies them for admission to the Most Noble Order of the Peacock (MNOP), undergraduate award and those who have been named to the Dean’s List.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, students, faculty, staff and guests opened the academic year and celebrated student achievement with the 2025 Michaelmas Convocation. This year’s keynote speaker, Edward Hahn Jr., M.D. ’04, is Chief of the Division of Emergency Trauma in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center.
