Natalie Castillo ’14 Wins IBS Award

radio_awardSaint Peter’s University student Natalie Castillo ’14 (right) won an award for her entry in the 2013 Intercollegiate Broadcasting System (IBS) national competition, held at the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York. Saint Peter’s University had eight entries in the national competition, which has become increasingly competitive over the past three years. Castillo is vice president/program director of the University’s radio station, WSPR, which can be heard at www.saintpeters.edu/wspr. WSPR has a bright, enthusiastic staff of more than 18 people who handle on-air stints, copy writing, producing, news, sports, promotion, programming and more.
