On September 21, 2026, Saint Peter\u2019s University Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) hosted the IMALIVE Mental Health Fair, bringing students, staff and community partners together for an interactive event focused on mental health awareness and suicide prevention.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"photo<\/a>Established in 2010, IMALIVE works to educate young adults about the warning signs of mental illness, encourage open conversations around suicide prevention and broaden awareness of the impact of mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout the fair, students participated in activities designed to make those conversations engaging and approachable. Students left their mark through graffiti art on the <\/span>Keep Showing Up<\/span><\/i> canvas, put their knowledge to the test with a \u201cFact or Fiction\u201d game and brain game, and participated in a secret-sharing station.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was also a campus-wide effort. Student Involvement, Residence Life, Campus Ministry and student volunteers joined CAPS in showing unified support for student well-being. Community representatives, including psychiatrist Dr. Jeremy Yang, Uwill and DMHS, were also on hand to offer support, information and guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n

By creating a space where students could learn, participate and connect with available resources, the IMALIVE\u00a0 Mental Health Fair reinforced an important message across the Saint Peter\u2019s community: conversations about mental health topics are vital.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
