This means that top-ranked colleges needed to be excellent across the full breadth of all measures, rather than excelling in just one. These rankings are published by Washington Monthly in collaboration <span>with the nonprofit\u00a0<\/span><em>Excelencia<\/em><span>\u00a0in Education. This ranking combines the accessibility focus of the publication&#8217;s college rankings with the deep knowledge that\u00a0<em>Excelencia<\/em>\u00a0has built over decades of studying the performance of Hispanic students and the schools that serve them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>These recognitions reflect what matters most: the success and upward mobility of our students.
