The RLC houses three gymnasia, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and diving facility, a state of the art fitness center, a free weight room, multi-purpose rooms for such activities as dance, yoga and martial arts and five indoor tennis courts and a jogging track underneath the air-supported Bubble.<\/p>

The gymnasia are converted into an arena for activities such as varsity basketball games and special events such as the University\u2019s Baccalaureate Mass.<\/p>

The offices for the Department of Recreation and Intramural Sports, as well as the University\u2019s Department of Athletics, are housed in the RLC. The $6 million complex opened in 1975 and the white, air-supported roof is recognized from miles around.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Membership cards are required for Recreational Life Center admission and services.\u00a0 All members, from 18 years of age, are required to carry a Recreational Life Center photo ID card at all times.\u00a0 Memberships are processed at the Yanitelli Center\u2019s main office, where further information about schedules and fees is available.<\/span><\/p>

Children under 18 years of age to 5 years old will not be permitted into the Recreational Life Center unless accompanied by a parent\/guardian who is a member\u00a0AT ALL TIMES<\/strong>.\u00a0 For the safety of the children and all of the members of the Recreational Life Center, if a child is left unattended, the membership will be permanently revoked with no refund. Children under 5 years old will not be permitted.<\/span><\/p>

No one under 16 years of age is allowed in the fitness room or the weight room.\u00a0 Small children in strollers or carriages are not allowed in the fitness center or weight room.\u00a0 Children under 5 are not permitted. Children under the age of 18 must never be left unattended anywhere in the Recreational Life Center.\u00a0 A child that reaches the age of 21 may no longer be included in a family membership.<\/span><\/p>

All members must present a valid COVID vaccination record, COVID vaccination records for individuals 12 years and older that are beyond 12 months from final vaccination must provide a booster within the last year. All children between the ages of 12 to 5 must provide a vaccination card within the last two years.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Membership Agreement<\/h4>\n

  1. Members agree to obey all published rules and regulations governing the use of the Yanitelli Recreational Life Center. It is further understood that membership is a privilege that may be modified or revoked at the discretion of Saint Peter\u2019s University.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Members also agree to discharge Saint Peter\u2019s University and all of its officials, agents, and employees from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, which may occur from using these facilities.\u00a0 Further, members agree to hold the University harmless and fully indemnify the University from any action for damage to property of persons from acts of said members, their families, or guest.<\/li>\n \t
  3. It is further understood that no commercial solicitation is permitted in the Yanitelli Recreational Life Center, or elsewhere on Saint Peter\u2019s University property, without the express and prior written permissions of Saint Peter\u2019s University authorities. This restriction includes any commercial lessons (swimming, tennis, personal training, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
