All members of the university (students, faculty, staff, and administrators) are expected to carry their OneCard at all times to gain access to campus buildings and for identification purposes.<\/p><p>To be granted a OneCard, all individuals visiting campus must also present evidence of COVID-19 immunization, defined as the administration of a complete series of any COVID-19 vaccine authorized for use in the United States by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:deanofstudents@saintpeters.edu\">deanofstudents@saintpeters.edu<\/a>. You will have access to campus buildings from the first day of the term through the last day of the term. Once the term has ended, your building access will also end. To avoid a lapse in your building access you should register for the next term before the current term concludes.<\/li><li>As<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>an employee<\/strong>, your OneCard access will remain active as long as your employment is active. Access will conclude if employment is terminated.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>As<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>an alumni<\/strong>, you will be able to access the O\u2019Toole library and the Yanitelli Recreational Center. Recent graduates, are entitled to one free replacement OneCard to change your classification from \u201cSTUDENT\u201d to \u201cALUMNI\u201d.<\/li><\/ul><p>Do not store your OneCard near your cellphone or credit cards. This may cause damage to the proximity sensor, which will then damage the card. Do not puncture or alter the card in any way. If the card is damaged or lost there is a $15 Replacement Fee to obtain a new card. id=\"elementor-tab-content-8331\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"1\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-8331\"><p><strong>As of November 10, 2011, the following policies apply to requesting a OneCard<\/strong><\/p><p>All students must be registered for classes during the current academic term prior to requesting a<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<\/strong>.\u00a0 Faculty, staff, administrators, and contract vendors must be currently employed or under contract by the University.<\/p><p>All customers must show a valid, government-issued photo ID, such as a<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/mvc\/Licenses\/BasicAutomobile.htm\">driver\u2019s license<\/a>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/mvc\/Licenses\/NonDriverID.htm\">non-driver MVC photo ID<\/a>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/passport\/\">passport<\/a>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/passport\/ppt_card\/ppt_card_3926.html\">passsport card<\/a>, or<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usarc.army.mil\/98thDIV\/Family%20Readiness\/FRG%20on%20the%20WEB\/index_files\/Page317.htm\">military ID<\/a>.\u00a0 If you do not have a photo ID at present, you will need to obtain one prior to visiting the<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>office.\u00a0 If this is the case, we recommend visiting the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission, as a non-driver photo ID can be issued same-day for a modest fee.<\/p><p>The<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>is a photo ID.\u00a0 Please be prepared to visit the<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>office in person during regular business hours and to have your photograph taken at that time.\u00a0 It is not an option to have a non-photo ID issued by the University.<\/p><p>There is no fee for your initial<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<\/strong>.\u00a0 However, if you subsequently need to have a replacement card issued, there is a $15 non-refundable fee which must be paid up front.\u00a0 This fee applies to all replacements, including but not limited to those needed due to the card being lost, damaged, for a cosmetic change, or due to wear and tear.\u00a0 It is your responsibility to retain your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<\/strong>, and keep it protected from damage.\u00a0 Do not punch a hole through the card, as this causes permanent damage and will render the card inoperable.<\/p><p>Customers who have had a<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>issued in the past and have changed their role at the University\u00a0will have the replacement fee waived in order to get a new<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>issued with the proper credentials.\u00a0 For example, if you have a \u201cSTUDENT\u201d<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>and later graduate with a degree from the University, you may stop by for an \u201cALUMNI\u201d<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>free of charge.\u00a0 This courtesy is extended one time only; subsequent card replacements will be subject to the $15 fee.<\/p><p>Your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>is the property of the University\u00a0and may not be used by any person other than the individual to which the card has been issued.\u00a0 You must carry your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>at all times while on Campus and present it, upon request, to University\u00a0officials and Campus Safety officers.\u00a0 Lost or stolen<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCards<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>should reported to the<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>office immediately.<\/p><p>All members of the University\u00a0community may have one active<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>only.\u00a0 Once a card is replaced, it is permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated for any reason.\u00a0\u00a0 In addition, it is not possible to be issued a \u201ctemporary\u201d card in lieu of your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>is valid while you continue to be enrolled or employed by the University.\u00a0 Once that role is completed, your<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>OneCard<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>will be disabled and you will no longer be entitled to Campus
