Office of Financial Aid and Student Financial Services

The Office of Student Financial Aid offers several helpful student financial aid forms on their website, including verification worksheets.

Health Services Entrance Packet

Each newly enrolled student is expected to review and understand University Health Services policies and procedures, which include immunization requirements and guidelines as well as a medical history and physical examination forms. This packet of information we collect from students is mandatory and must be returned prior to the start of the semester. Students who fail to return the information may be blocked from playing sports, moving into the residence hall or registering for future semesters.

Academic Success Program Contract

Students are also required to complete and return their Academic Success Program Contract confirming their enrollment into the Summer Academy. If you find you are missing a form please contact the Office of Admission at (201) 761-7100 or admissions@saintpeters.edu.

Final, Official Academic Documents

Prior to start of the semester, students must provide the Office of Admission with

  • Official, final high school transcript (showing date of graduation)
  • OR, Copy of high school diploma
  • AND, Final, official college transcripts (if applicable)

Students who have taken AP, or IB exams should send official test results to the First-year Advising Office prior to registering for classes or bring score reports to Orientation.
