Global Communication: Public Relations and Video Storytelling– International Fieldwork

Gain hands-on international experience in public relations and strategic communication, while immersing yourself in another culture. Past programs have included Cuba and Vietnam where students produced public relations campaigns for the country’s tourism industry, along with creating video stories featuring local people.

You will work alongside journalism and public relations specialists who can help build your portfolio. For some students it can be a life-changing experience, including Francisco De Jesus (Class of 2020) who was nominated for a New York News Emmy for his contributions as a photographer and editor for a short documentary featuring the reconciliation work of American veterans in Vietnam.
