She has been an entrepreneur for over ten years specializing in training, program development and DEI for small businesses and corporations. She has authored numerous publications and has been a contributing author to many articles, and books in the areas of business management, competitive strategy, marketing, and personal development. Her personal teaching philosophy is to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of business ethics and practices to be successful. Her teaching style is collaborative, interactive, and creative.
