Tonya has worked in the corporate finance and business training development field for 18+ years in senior management and leadership. She has been an entrepreneur for over ten years specializing in training, program development and DEI for small businesses and corporations. She has authored numerous publications and has been a contributing author to many articles, and books in the areas of business management, competitive strategy, marketing, and personal development. Her personal teaching philosophy is to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of business ethics and practices to be successful. Her teaching style is collaborative, interactive, and creative. Her personal values are guided by faith in Jesus Christ and biblical teachings.
