“My teaching goal is to engage students in real world activities and discussion so that they can apply knowledge and theories to realistic business scenarios. As much as possible, I extend the classroom to the wider community through fieldwork, service learning, business visits, guest speakers and external consulting projects, so students can build their resumes and their professional networks through the class experience. Consistent with our Jesuit mission, I try to create an environment for students to share different aspects of their life experiences in the classroom and seek to make a positive difference on campus and beyond.”
