School of Nursing

“With the knowledge gained through the expertise and dedication of the faculty at St. Peter’s, together with my clinical experience in some of the finest institutions in NJ, I have been well-prepared for the NCLEX and am confident that I will be well rewarded in the nursing profession.” – Justina C. ’11

Nursing is a scientific discipline that requires creativity and compassion.

As one of the fastest growing occupations in the U.S., nursing gives you many career opportunities and options for specialization. And recent nursing school grads enjoy some of the highest starting salaries among their peers in other industries.

But the main motivation for most nurses is the chance to care for others in a time of need.

At Saint Peter’s University, the School of Nursing offers the BSN program, which prepares high school graduates or transfer students with a breadth of knowledge, skills, and values needed for professional nursing practice.

Our RN to BSN Program is for registered nurses who hold a diploma or an associate’s degree in nursing.  The RN to BSN Program is available at the Englewood Cliffs Campus or as an online program.

Saint Peter’s also offers master’s and doctoral programs customized for working professionals who want to advance their nursing career.
