With the Saint Peter’s College community, I am saddened by the loss of Saint Peter’s Prep Senior B.J. Giannone. As a Jesuit institution with close ties to the Prep, we especially seek to provide strength and comfort to the entire community. Our hearts and prayers are with the family, friends and classmates of this young man.
A wake will be held this Thursday and Friday, February 3 and 4, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 300 Central Avenue, Mountainside, NJ.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, February 5 at 2:00 p.m. in the Memorial Gymnasium at Saint Peter’s Prep.
Counselors will be available to the College family during this difficult time. Members of the Campus Ministry staff are available in Dinneen 134-136 and members of the Center for Personal Development are located in Henneberry Hall.
