KeeKee In Sports Illustrated

The legend of KeeKee Clark continues to grow. Last year as a freshman, the 5-8 Saint Peter’s College men’s basketball player finished sixth in the nation with a 24.9 points per game average. He also made 109 three-pointers, the most by a freshman in NCAA history. This year he has helped the Peacocks get off to a 2-1 start averaging 25 ppg. Now Sports Illustrated, in its “On Campus” edition, has declared KeeKee to be one of the top six players under six feet in the country. He joins Central Michigan’s Joe Carr (5-6),St. Bonaventure’s Marques Green (5-7),IllinoisState’s Vince Greene (5-9), Seton Hall’s Andre Barrett (5-10) and Wichita State’s Randy Burns (5-11). All appear in separate photographs in the November 25 edition that is distributed as a supplement in the student newspapers at some of the nation’s largest schools.
