Application Materials

Visiting Exchange Students should submit the items listed below to be considered for admission to Saint Peter’s University.


Due Dates

Please submit this application by April 1 to apply for the fall semester or full academic year. Please submit by October 1 to apply for the spring semester.

Please complete our International Exchange Student Application. As part of this online application, you we be asked to upload the following:

  1. Official or certified university transcript showing all university courses taken in the past with grades; include a list of courses in which you are currently enrolled. If transcript is not in English, it must be accompanied by a certified translation from a NACES approved agency, such as WES, ECE or EP.
  2. Photocopy of your original passport identification page (the one with your full name & photo)
  3. Affidavit of Support– The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires that students who are non-US citizens provide official proof of their ability to finance their studies and living expenses while in the United States. The I-20 form, needed to apply for an F-1 student visa, will not be sent to any student unless Saint Peter’s has received this affidavit of support with an….
  4. Official bank statement
  5. TOEFL or IELTS score report (TOEFL 79 IBT or IELTS 6.5 recommended minimum score)

The following items may be submitted to global-learning@saintpeters.edu after receiving your acceptance:

  1. Completed Saint Peter’s Housing Application and $250 housing deposit
  2. Completed Entrance Health Record
  3. Proof of Health Insurance coverage while in the USA.
