Ed Moskal, Assistant Professor of Computer and Information Sciences, presented a paper, entitled “A Model for Establishing a Cybersecurity Center of Excellence,” at the 2014 ISECON Conference (November 2014).  It received a “Meritorious Paper Award” and will be published in the Information Systems Education Journal (ISEDJ) in November 2015 (Vol. 13. No. 6.  ISSN 1545-679X).
