Dr. Poiani Honored by The New Jersey Commission on Holocaust Education

Eileen L. Poiani, Ph.D., special assistant to the president and professor of mathematics,  received the 2015 “Sister Rose Thering Award” from The New Jersey Commission on Holocaust Education. Dr. Poiani received the award for her initiation and support of educational and community programs that combat bias, bigotry, and intolerance as well as her initiation of activities that bring together people of different faiths.
